This can be from carrying out damp proofing, timber treatments or structural repairs uncovered during a property refurbishment, to the maintenance of housing stock, to working as part of a design team and as waterproofing system installers on a basement conversion or new build project.

Our clients include building contractors, property developers, architects, estate agents, landlords, councils, housing associations and schools.

How do we support?

Our range of services means we can support from the diagnosis of a property preservation problem right through to carrying out onsite contract works.

Our aim is to react quickly to support whilst providing accurate and technical solutions, complete the onsite specialist treatment works to fit within project timescales and provide a high-quality and efficient service as well as providing guarantees on those works that need a specialist treatment approach.

We also have a CPD (Continual Professional Development) training programme for construction professionals.

Maintaining successful client relationships

We develop our working relationships through client meetings, allocating key accounts with a Relationship Manager so you know exactly who you are dealing with and actively encouraging ongoing performance feedback. We recognise that working with commercial clients means we are representing them and we value this by ensuring our teams are well-presented, courteous and professional.

We regularly work to Service Level Agreements and our continued ongoing relationships with our clients demonstrates how we continue to meet quality, responsibility and the service standards demanded of us.

We maintain Health & Safety standards by carrying out site inductions and training e.g. Tool Box talks and ongoing consultation and provide our operatives with corporate workwear, ID Cards, relevant PPE and proof of competence including CSCS card.

We provide all supporting documentation as may be necessary for a project such as RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements), COSSH Certificates and Policy Documentation and work to CDM Regulation.

How our team can support you.

Our Enquiry team:  will co-ordinate survey appointments between our Surveyors and our clients or arrange appointments with tenants or property occupants on our clients’ behalf. They keep clients updated of progress and act as an important liaison point.

Our Surveyor team: following the site survey, will provide a Quotation with Specification of Works which clearly lays out the works required.  An in-depth Inspection Report can be given which includes more detailed Observations and Recommendations. We also have a Nil Report which is used when a survey undertaken has shown there is no work required.

Our Contracts team: manage the works so you have a dedicated person to deal with and they will liaise between the property occupier, the client, our operatives and product providers to ensure the job runs smoothly, on-time and to budget.
