Survey Request

When you telephone our customer services team, an appointment will be made for one of our highly experienced surveyors to visit your property in order to carry out a full diagnostic inspection of the area giving concern. His inspection will generally be non-destructive, although if need be permission may be sought to remove plaster samples or to remove floorboards to further aid the inspection.

Rising Damp Survey

A report will be produced, usually within 72 hours of the survey, and a written copy will be delivered to you, detailing any findings and the recommended course of treatment. Our surveyor will then make contact with you to discuss the contents of the report in more depth and offer a post survey visit if necessary.
