Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

Providing our clients with the confidence they are working with a company they can trust to do things properly is important to us.

We demonstrate this through the memberships and accreditations we hold, the qualifications and experience of our teams, a sound working practice  and the testimonials we receive. To achieve these means our working practices have been vetted and approved to show good trading practices, good customer service and technical competence.

Memberships & Accreditation’s

We are members of the Property Care Association and we have provided further information about why this is important below.  Our other memberships include the Basement Waterproofing Association, the Structural Repair Association and the Radon Council.

We hold industry accreditations with CHAS, Constructionline, SMAS Worksafe Contractor and Safecontractor.

We are proud to have been awarded ISO 9001: 2008 Certification which is an internationally recognised standard, awarded to those companies who can successfully demonstrate the way in which they operate provides the very best in service and quality to customers.

Qualified and Experienced

We have a highly qualified, experienced and professional team of surveyors, contract managers, in-house operatives and administration support who together have a proven track record in all aspects of the industry.

Our damp and timber surveyors are CSRT qualified and out waterproofing surveyors are also CSSW qualified as well as being on the Waterproofing Specialist Design Register.  We also have a team of experienced Structural Remedial Surveyors and the qualifications also extend to our Contracts Team members of which are CSRT qualified and hold CITB Site Supervision.

The qualifications work in combination with industry experience and ongoing training both internally through a robust training and induction programme of all employees as well as external training with our manufacturing supply partners so that we stay up to date with all the latest materials and methods of application.

Our work is guaranteed through our own ProTen Company Guarantees and we offer further peace of mind via our third-party Guarantee Protection Insurance Scheme. We are also able to offer product warranties and access to schemes such as TrustMark.

We have all relevant insurances in place and kept up to date so we can operate safe in the knowledge that should the worse happen we can take of the situation. Copies of our Public Liability, Employee Liability, Professional Indemnity and Design Liability Insurances are all available on request.

We are true experts in our fields, but don’t just take our word for it…

“I would just like to communicate my appreciation to James’s (ProTen Surveyor) excellent customer service. I found him to be very professional and yet courteous and willing to compromise to deliver the said works in a way that was acceptable to us both. This is a rarity in customer service these days and hence I have no hesitation in recommending ProTen as a company that prides itself in Customer Excellence. Please do commend him on my behalf.”  – Homeowner, London

Why Choose a PCA Member?

Companies who are members of the Property Care Association have had to demonstrate high standards of professionalism and expertise to meet and maintain robust membership criteria.  These criteria cover aspects of their services including professional qualifications, technical competence, service delivery and financial stability.

Members are audited regularly to ensure standards are being maintained.  This gives consumers confidence that PCA members are robust and reliable companies to provide them with property care services.

Being a member also gives clients access to the Government’s TrustMark scheme.
