ProTen’s achievement demonstrates not only the presence of a clear quality management system flowing throughout the organisation but is a mark of approval to our customers that we deliver the best in service, customer care and ongoing quality improvement.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard was developed by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and is recognised throughout the world.
The Standard is centered around eight quality management principles with customer focus, efficiency of company processes and continual improvement being key elements; factors that ProTen values highly.
